Mitch is in the history of college basketball at any level (NCAA 1, NCAA 2, NCAA 3 and NAIA). Mitchell was a coach on the floor and at times ran our entire offense without any instruction from the bench. His basketball IQ is off the charts and would often see things that his teammates or coaches did not. Maybe more important than his statistics, is Mitchell´s ability to lead a team. He is exceptionally vocal, understands how to motivate others and is a genuinely good person. He is also one of the most loyal players I have ever had the opportunity to coach. After a stellar sophomore season, Mitchell could have transferred from Oregon Tech and played NCAA Division 1 basketball just about anywhere he would have wanted to. Instead, he doubled down, committed to Oregon Tech, and made the next two years something this program will never forget.
If you sign Mitchell, you will have a tremendously talented scorer and passer, a phenomenal leader/PG and the player on the floor with the strongest will to win - the kid will not be denied.
